The Haynes Patrick Law Group is led by Jeffrey S. Haynes, Esq. and Todd G. Patrick, Esq. Between the these two attorneys, we offer you over 45 years of legal experience.

Adriana G. Haynes, Jeff’s wife, is an experienced interpreter and office manager, who over the past 15 years has been instrumental in providing comprehensive legal representation throughout the General & Latino Communities since 2004. She is assisted by a senior Legal Assistant and others on an as needed basis.

When advantageous to our client, the Haynes Patrick Law Group teams up with outside counsel in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation and Immigration Law cases to apply a team based approach to representation that is focused on the best possible result for out client. A team based approach in these areas of law can provide an advantage not only from the prospective of strategy and negotiation, but also in terms of leveling the playing field when dealing with larger firms who routinely have a team based litigation practice.

Jeffrey S. Haynes

Jeff received his BA in Government/Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1996 and his JD with a Business Law Concentration from Mississippi College School of Law in 2000. His areas of practice and interest include Criminal/Traffic Offenses, Contracts, Family, Immigration, Wills & Estate Planning, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation Law.

Some major clients served over the years include: The Legal Services Plan in South Barrington, IL; Beneficial/HFC Offices in Charlottesville, Culpeper, Front Royal, Harrisonburg, Richmond and Waynesboro; Rels Title’s National Headquarters, on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, in Minnetonka, MN and Winchester, VA; Commerce Title of America, LLC in Plano, TX; NVR, Inc.; Ryan Homes in Charlottesville, VA; Security American Title & Settlements in Fairfax, VA; DataQuick Title, a TPG Investment company in Winchester, VA; Signature Motor Club, Inc. in Northbrook, IL, Shamrock Corporation in Charlottesville, VA and more recently as an Independent Contributor for First American Title Insurance Company from May 2021 until June 2022 as State Agency Underwriting Counsel.

Jeff and his wife, Adriana became two of the original founders and board members of Sin Barreras/Without Barriers, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2012. He and his wife have served the Latino Community since 2004 and after stepping down as directors of Sin Barreras in 2018, Jeff continues to provide pro bono assistance to the organization and represents the interests of the Latino Community throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

When not at work, Jeff enjoys golf, skiing, hiking, biking, cooking, travel and spending time with his wife Adriana, his three children, Sebastian, Cristian and Oriana, his dogs, Sage & Apollo and cats, Muse & Rocky.

Todd G. Patrick

Mr. Patrick has practiced law since 1990. His clients have been an even mix of companies, individuals and local governments. He has handled cases from local General Districts Courts to the Virginia Supreme Court. He has been active in the Local Government Attorneys, Inc., moderating at their conferences among other positions. He has also been involved with the Virginia State Bar, serving on the Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee from 2012 to 2015, and on a pro tempore basis several times since 2015. Mr. Patrick is also an adjunct professor at Mary Baldwin University’s College of Business and Professional Studies.

Adriana G. Haynes

Before joining Haynes Law Patrick Group, Adriana served as an interpreter for the Rockingham County Circuit Court and as a Deputy Clerk in the Rockingham County Clerk’s Office.  While she has always played an important role in providing client support and services in the law office, she also served as the Hispanic Outreach Advocate at Shelter for Help in Emergency for two years, from 2011-2013.  Since 2013, she rejoined the practice full time to help expand the vision behind Haynes Patrick Law Group.
