Mr. Patrick has extensive experience in representing government agencies. In addition to 16 plus years of exclusive local government representation as the City Attorney for Waynesboro, County Attorney for Orange County, and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Chesapeake, Mr. Patrick has been involved with representing government agencies for most of the 30 plus years he has been practicing law. While representing the City of Waynesboro and Orange County as a single person office, he also represented their Planning Commission and Economic Development departments. Mr. Patrick, while acting as the Waynesboro City Attorney, also represented the regional Alcohol Safety Action Program. Mr. Patrick also has extensive experience in eminent domain law, having represented the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) in the Tidewater area.
